The breakfast buffet offered many choices. The infinity pool was clean with a luxurious ambience. The staff were helpful with everything. I found them attentive.

the room included two separate sinks. a rainfall shower was also available. the heated infinity pool was located at the terrace.

the number of electrical outlets in the room was few. it was present only in one side of the bed, slightly inconvenient

heated pools mountain backdrop prompt staff varied options

the complimentary breakfast offered fresh fruits and varied indian options it was all hot and delicious the heated pools were a highlight with views of the surrounding mountains the in-house restaurants provided many food choices like north and south indian and chinese the staff responded quickly to all requests ensuring a smooth stay.

the early closure of the restaurants was a slight inconvenience for late-night dining i wish they offered a bit more flexibility in their hours

Excellent stay!

infinity pool activity area

The infinity pool view was fine. The indoor activity area was great for families. I found the food delicious. Every day there was something new on the breakfast menu. The pools were well maintained.

The taxi arranged by the hotel was disappointing. The vehicle didn't feel appropriate for a hotel of this caliber. The three-hour journey on winding roads at very high speeds was uncomfortable. I didn't feel safe.

Staff services are speedy. The staff are helpful and generous. The staff arranged baby milk, even though the restaurant was closed, upon my request at midnight. I found the young staff in the restaurant to be awesome.

fresh fruits staff response scruffy vehicle high speeds

Breakfast included many choices and fresh fruits. Staff responded to requests fast. The heated pools had the backdrop of the mountains.

The taxi arranged wasn't standard. It felt scruffy and unsuitable. The journey was at high speeds, and I didn't feel safe. The car did not had water.

heated water very nice views tasty breakfast well kept pools

The adult pool featured heated water and very nice views. Breakfast included tasty and varied options. I especially appreciated the new items each day. The staff arranged baby milk at midnight despite the restaurant being closed. I found the pools well maintained.

The hotel had a smell of cheap perfume. It was a challenge for me as i am sensitive to strong smells.

Services are prompt, with generous and helpful staff members. I liked the way the staff behaved with all guests, they were very friendly. They coordinated day trips for me, paying attention to every detail.

The food was overall very delicious and there was something new on the breakfast menu each day. The breakfast was varied and i needed a continental and not indian breakfast, the hotel offers both.
